Frameworks are a tax. I'd rather you keep the money.
Most agencies hand you a project that needs a build pipeline to edit one line of text. That's a cost you carry forever — every hosting migration, every freelancer handoff, every "quick fix" that turns into a two-hour npm install.
I build the other way. Vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, deployed directly through GitHub's web interface and served on Cloudflare's edge network. No local dev environment to maintain. No dependency rot. If you can open a text file, you can maintain your own site.
The result isn't a compromise — it's usually faster, lighter, and more reliable than the React app it would have replaced.
